We got together with our friends at Orono Brewing Company in Maine to write a love letter to the east coast IPAs of past, present and future, scribbled in wort-stained grid-ruled notebooks.

Appearance: Light straw, white head
Aroma: Candied citrus, guava, passionfruit, dank
Flavor: Candied citrus and tropical fruit, cornbread sweetness
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a lingering hop bite
Food pairings: Crab Tacos, Wood-fired Pizza, Surf & Turf, Roasted Oysters
