Double Knee Lager

A hard working little beer

Inspired by hipsters to be enjoyed by all, Double Knee Lager is a hard working little beer brewed from the most carefully selected barley and heirloom variety corn for a crackery, mildly sweet American Lager tempered with the faintest whiff of hop. This beer was crafted to be part of a scratch-made here cocktail called the SpaghettDE. 11 parts beer to 1 part Scull and Crossbones Bittersweet Aperitif and a squeeze of lemon for zest and refreshment.

Appearance: Brilliant light gold with tight, white foam
Aroma: Grainy, Cereal, Sweet Corn, Crackery
Flavor: Crackery, Corn, Light Malt, Clean
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a crisp finish
Pairings: Dive bar hot dogs and potato chips!
