Grodziskie is a rare Polish beer style
brewed from only oak-smoked wheat malt and characterful Polish hops. Working with renowned Grodziskie expert Adam Reynolds, we've crafted Hunzamabinski, an authentic modern interpretation of the style filtered through the Dogfish Head lens. Hunzamabinski! is brewed from a blend of oak smoked wheat and oak smoked buckwheat malts to 3.5% ABV and flavored with a blend of peppery and fruity hops. Smoky and complex, this cozy beer is dryhopped at the end of fermentation for an extra pop of zesty aroma to compliment the bready wheat and sweet smoke.
