An ale that lingers like a good tune and a great friend

This unique ale honors the life and spirit of a true friend. One who was generous, kind and forever on a quest for all things good.
Before his untimely departure, my friend Tyler Flynn and I had planned to brew this Saison with carrots. We formulated the recipe just prior to the pandemic in 2020 and then the world stopped. In the years since, we spoke about the beer often hoping to find time to get together to brew it. The world stopped for us a second time and he was gone.
Tyler’s unique personality and perspective is captured in this delicate ale filled with the goodness of lovingly roasted organic carrots and carefully selected spices from Burlap & Barrel. It is deep with complexity and open to debate.

Appearance: Glowing Orange-Yellow with White Foam
Aroma: Spicy, Belgian Phenol, Bright Cardamom, Sweet Carrot, Earthy Turmeric
Flavor: Spicy, Cardamom, Earthy Roots, Citrusy Coriander, Honey Roasted Carrot, Lemon Pith, Soft Malt
Mouthfeel: Light body with a soft, dry finish
