Mangonada Stargazer

Inspired by the mangonada, this fruited sour was brewed with loads of Alphonso mango puree and to provide an off-centered twist on the classic, we added heaps of starfruit puree to the mix. Bright tropical flavor with notes of pear dominate with a subtle spice, apricot & lime from Tajin and Chamoy added to the fermenter. Contains Lactose.
