Much Malarkey (03.06.26) is a cask-conditioned Irish-ish Dry Stout brewed from malted barley, flaked Kernza and a blend of roasted barley and chocolate malt for smooth roasty goodness and bold character. This 4.5% ABV black ale is spiced with Nandini coriander, Robusta peppercorns, silk chilis, and mustard seeds for a hint of fruity, earthy complexity with just the right amount of playful kick. You may recognize these spices from the little packet you get with your corned beef. Yeah. That's them.
