Mystery Pils is a journey to explore the boundaries basic beer ingredients and to learn what is possible with American Pilsner. We are excited to have you join us as we unlock the mysteries of water, malt, hops and yeast when combined in new and unusual ways to discover newness in a time-tested classic.

Brewed with sustainably sourced Pilsner malt from North Carolina and delicious Nectaron hops from New Zealand, this go around reveals a flourish of citrussy, tropical hops balanced by crackery malt goodness.

Appearance: Clear Pale Gold with Rocky White Foam
Aroma: Herbal, Peppery, Grassy, Tropical Fruits, Mango, Bready
Flavor: Snappy Hop, Mango, Peppery, White Bread
Mouthfeel: Light body with a clean dry finish
