Nutty Nirvana evokes a comforting, rustic warmth from peanuts and lentils to create a lusciously full mouthfeel with an overlaying umami flavor from black garlic and jaggary powder. Balanced by the tangy tamarind, fiery Kashmiri peppers, and dry finish.
