Punk Rock & Finger Sandwiches

For beer lovers who like their hops with a side of attitude

Brewed in collaboration with our pals at 2nd District Brewing in South Philly, inspiration struck while discussing our favorite sandwiches. Overwhelmingly, we agreed on the Philly staple: roast pork and broccoli rabe served up juicy and hot on a seeded, crusty hoagie roll. Built on a toasty malt base of Maris Otter and Munich Malts with a little punch of bready melanoidin packed Honey Malt, we heaped on citrusy, piney hops and topped it off with a generous sprinkle of fragrant rosemary and fennel seed. You’re going to need another napkin! 

Appearance: Orange gold with a veil of haze under an off-white head
Aroma: Zesty Citrus, Herbal, Rosemary, Floral, Hint of Mint
Flavor: Bright Rosemary, Pine, Lemon, Toast, Herbal, Earthy Citrus Candy
Mouthfeel: Medium body with a firm, bittersweet finish
