Malty, sweet, a little toasty, but with a twist

Tiffin Willah takes its inspiration from Maharashtrian cuisine and the diverse, vibrant spices that form its basis. To start, we built an English amber. Malty, sweet, a little toasty, but with a twist. As part of the malt bill, we included a generous helping of Grouse specialty millet malt, layering in maple and toffee notes. A perfect base. We then sourced all nine traditional spices and mixed our own Goda masala blend, toasted to deepen and tease out the complex symphony of aromas. Best enjoyed fresh and in the company of the other good things in life: people, food, and maybe a dog or two.
