What Ever Happened to Crystal (Malt)

The more things change, the more they stay the same

IPAs have seen some changes over the years and when we got our hands on some new flash frozen wet hop pellets we wanted to kick it back to when IPAs used more crystal malt. So, we made this balanced IPA a great example of the phrase: "The more things change, the more they stay the same."

Appearance: Golden Amber with a white head
Aroma: Piney and dank with a hint of citrus 
Flavor: Hop forward with piney and tropical
notes
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a lingering hop finish
Food Pairings: Buffalo wings, Parmesan fries, Crab dip buffalo bites
