Breaking the West Coast mold

West coast IPAs are classically known for piney, dank and resinous flavors, but do they have to be? This double west coast offers a very drinkable 8% ABV with all German aroma hops. Not the noble, spicy, German hops, but the bright and floral ones that give off notes of melon, tropical fruit and even wine grapes. We like to think this will be nothing like the west coast IPAs you have had.

Aroma: Honeydew melon, passionfruit, sauvignon blanc grapes
Flavor: Melon, malt and tropical fruit
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a hop bite
Food Pairings: Beet salad, Buffalo fish bites, mussels, parm fries
