Distilled from Grade A sugar cane molasses and lightly oaked in charred American oak barrels, our Rum is sweetened with a touch of local honey, offering a smooth, caramel-hued spirit with rich notes of baking cocoa, butter cookies, caramel, and a finish of fruitcake, vanilla, and honey.
