A collaboration with our pals at Fabrizia Spirits, Summer's Cauldron (46% Alc. by volume) is a new, limited-edition gin. This hand-crafted gin is distilled with lemon zest from Fabrizia's very own lemon grove in Sicily and offers a smooth flavor packed with bold lemon notes. It’s the perfect summertime sipper! Recommended cocktail created by master mixologist Mia Mastroianni - .75 oz. Lemon/Pink Peppercorn Cordial 2 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice 1.5 oz.

Recommended cocktail created by master mixologist Mia Mastroianni -
- .75 oz. Lemon/Pink Peppercorn Cordial
- 2 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 1.5 oz. Summer's Cauldron Gin
- Basil Foam
- Served in a Rocks Glass over ice
- Garnish with a Dehydrated Lemon Wheel
- Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker. Add ice, shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top with Basil Foam. Garnish with a Dehydrated Lemon Wheel.
