A ready-to-pour cocktail that's similar to a Manhattan, with the tea serving as the herbal component in place of vermouth.

We need the tonic of wildness ... so we give you 'Walk With Wildness'. Pulling together foraged and native ingredients from our two coasts, we teamed up with Juniper Ridge to concoct this ready-to-pour cocktail. Our Hull and Helm Whiskey Base was macerated on Delmarva grown beach plums and some coworker wild harvested beach plums from Broadkill Beach. We then hot brewed Juniper Ridge’s White Sage and Wild Mint tea right here in the R&D still in Milton, and blended the liquids together with sour cherry juice and a touch of cane sugar. This ready-to-serve cocktail is similar to a Manahttan as good as one you would get from a mixologist at a bar, with the tea serving as the herbal component in place of vermouth. Enjoy over ice or neat, your choice.
