Exile on Main Street. Bee Thousand. These great records didn’t materialize on the first take. Oh no. Back in those analog days, it took a marathon single-day recording session filled with tinkering, experimentation, and wild dreaming. And that's exactly what our Alternate Takes series embodies.
For this take, we harvested our own Straight Whiskey and finished it in freshly emptied Dogfish Apple Brandy barrels, as well as Angry Orchard Hard Apple Cider barrels. With each sip, you'll be greeted by aromas of warming cinnamon and wildflower honey with a taste of fresh green apples, butter dry oaked chardonnay and roasted chestnut.
