Celebrating the magic at the intersection of art & ales
Season Ales
Our Season Ales series is a collection of four unique beers featuring label artwork by a collaborating artist. Inspired by the flavors of these four distinct brews, each work of art aims to capture the essence of the season that inspired the beer while creating a captivating visual representation of what you, the drinker, will experience with every sip.

Introducing our 2025 Artist
Drew Millward
Foo Fighters, Phish, ParaNorman, Electric Forest ... illustrator Drew Millward has created original artwork for them all. And that name might sound familiar beyond his musical illustrations because we were lucky to work with Drew back in 2016 when he created four original pieces for our seasonals. With 2025 being our 30th anniversary, we thought … why not run it back?!
With a striking style that incorporates bold color choices alongside an extreme attention to detail, in Drew’s world, the smallest doodle can end up sparking an entire body of work. Whether visualizing something that a band has created sonically or illustrating a beer based on aroma and taste, Drew has a keen ability to tap into his senses to bring his vision to life.
Drew likes to draw ‘the old-fashioned way,’ using pencils, pens and a love of the craft of illustration, but is increasingly reliant on digital methods to create his work. You have to move with the times. While his subject matter can vary dramatically, he hopes that the attention to detail and the love of drawing is apparent.

Super Doppio
This leveled-up Italian-style Pilsner takes inspiration from the beloved doppio, brewed with malted spelt for crispness and dry hopped with gusto for a robustly hoppy and doubly smooth brew.
For this unique take on a classic style, Drew brought in culinary ingredients with a hefty dose of fun. At the center of our Super Doppio can is a super dope grain ready to drop some serious beats. Decked out with hop bling and a mic in hand, you can’t help but pick up what’s being put down.

Festina Pêche
It’s the summer ale you know and love … Festina Pêche! This tart session-sour is a refreshing neo-Berliner Weisse with bright peach notes that’s perfect for summertime sippin’.
For this beloved brew, Drew enlisted the help of culinary ingredients with a hefty does of chill. At the center of our Festina can is a relaxed surfer ready to take on the day ... in a not so fast-paced way. Vibrant with a total vibe, you'll see your own reflection in those glasses.

Punkin Ale
First brewed in 1994 to win a baking contest, Punkin Ale is a full-bodied brown ale with smooth hints of pumpkin and brown sugar thanks to our brewers using real pumpkin meat, brown sugar and spices.
As our long-standing fall favorite, Drew put the punk in Punkin Ale with this fun and energetic artwork. With a rocker at its core, this year's artwork will bring the heat as the temperatures cool.

Covered in Nuggs
Classically dank, piney and citrusy, Covered In Nuggs scratches every nook and cranny of that IPA itch. We laid down a delicious, sturdy base of hops to build a sticky heap of lupulin goodness.
Check back later for this year's artwork!
