30 Minute Tour
Our 30 Minute Tour is our daily tour that is shortened to just 30 minutes. During the tour you’ll hear all about the history of Dogfish Head and we will show you around our 200-bbl brewhouse. Beer sample and can of beer included in the tour. You can add a beer flight to enjoy after your tour in our Tasting Room for an additional $8 (please do this at the time of booking).
$8 - 7 days a week at 1, 3 and 5 p.m.

60 Minute Tour
Join us as we dive into what makes Dogfish Dogfish. We have stops at our 200-barrel brewhouse, our R&D system, our distillery rackhouse and we finish things off with a trip into our Steampunk Treehouse. Beer/cocktail samples and a take home specialty logo glass included. You can add a beer flight to enjoy after your tour in our Tasting Room for an additional $8 (please do this at the time of booking).
$25 - 7 days a week at noon and 4 p.m., plus 2 p.m. on Fridays

90 Minute Tour
You’ve already done our 30 or 60 Minute Tour and you want to learn more. The tour will start in Brewhouse 1 for a quick history lesson on the Milton Brewery. The tour will then venture through the entire brewery making stops in our grain handling area, cold storage, R&D, beyond beer manufacturing, distillery and our Off-Centered Center packaging / warehouse area. Beer/cocktail samples and a take home specialty logo glass included along with a Minute Series Flight Card to enjoy back in the Tasting Room.
$40 - Saturdays at 2 p.m.

Distillery Tour
This hour-long tour will reveal how each of our spirits start in the brewhouse, alongside our off-centered ales, then work their way over to the distillery where we turn them into finished spirits! With your tour, you’ll have the chance to taste select samples from our spirits portfolio, as well as a canned cocktail, and an offering from our 7-barrel R&D system. Flight card to enjoy back in our Tasting Room also included.
$30 - Mondays and Fridays at 3 p.m.
Shark Cuterie Experience – Meat, Cheese and Cocktail Pairing

Learn all about this perfect match as you and your group sample a variety of Dogfish Head brews expertly paired with a selection of delectable cheeses and meats. The experience includes meat, cheese, 4 beer samples and a souvenir glass to take home.
Total cost for this experience is $35.

Join us for an exploration of all things beer and hot sauce. We teamed up with our friends at MF Heat Co. to bring you this one of a kind beer and hot sauce pairing experience. Here is all that the experience will include:
- 8oz pours of 3 different Dogfish Head beers
- 6 Wood-Grilled Wings
- Samples of three different MF Heat Co. Hot Sauces
- A bottle of your choosing of MF Heat Co. Hot Sauce to take home with you.
Total cost for this experience is $40
Private Tours
Are you interested in a private group tour for up to 25 guests? We'd love that! Please email us directly at events@dogfish.com so we can get cracking.
We recommend contacting us at least two weeks prior to the date you're looking to book your private tour so we can best accommodate your crew.
Tasting Room and Tour Details
- Tours routes are subject to change. We are a working facility and occasionally we might have a detour or two.
- Kids are welcome on the 30 Minute tour only (all other tours are 21+), but we will be the first to let you know that it is a PG-13 show! We do ask parents to carry the itty-bitty ones in a Bjorn / carriers if possible, and please keep a close eye on your kiddos of all ages.
- Closed toe/heel shoes MUST be worn. Unfortunately, crocs and other shoes with open holes on the tops or sides are not allowed due to safety concerns.
- Strollers are not permitted on the tour.
- Outside food is not permitted in the brewery - we have food available!
- Four-legged friends are welcome at our Milton Brewery, but due to brewery safety and quality requirements we are unable to allow dogs on brewery tours.
- Growlers and Crowlers are available for purchase and fill, but they are 'to-go' only. We fill 32oz. and 64oz. growlers, any brand welcome! Growlers and Crowlers MAY NOT be consumed on premises.
- Big group coming our way? Special group? We'd appreciate a heads up if you're trying to get on tour so that we can be ready for the extra love from our fans! Please send a note to tours@dogfish.com.
- If you can't get in for the tour time you wanted, stay and hang with us for a while! There’s lots to do and see here at our Milton campus. Lots of beer to sample and plenty of merch to take home!
Accessibility
The Tasting Room area is entirely handicap accessible, so stop by any time for a pint, shopping, or food!
When it comes to tours…
- Our 30 Minute Tour consists of stairs and about 25 minutes of standing/walking.
- Our 60 Minute and Distillery Tours consist of stairs and about 60 minutes of standing/walking (sometimes this tour goes a bit longer depending on the group size and guest interaction).
- Our 90 Minute Tour is ... you guessed it, about 90 minutes of standing/walking.
- If you find this to be a challenge, fear not! There is still plenty going on in our Tasting Room for you to enjoy.
