Anchors Away: An Off-Centered Trip Along the Coast is Set to Embark

All aboard!! The SS Dogfish is hitting the high seas this summer on a trip like no other to sail-ebrate brewing off-centered goodness since 1995. Come along with Dogfish Head founders, Sam & Mariah Calagione, as they embark on a boat tour with stops all along the Atlantic from Rhode Island up to Maine. Each stop will be either a 60 Minute Tasting or a 90 Minute Happy Hour and the tour will end with one grand finale – a 30th Anniversary Festival at the Southport General Store in Southport, Maine.  

60 Minute Tastings will include an hour long meet and greet with Dogfish Head founders, alongside a sampling and pint glass giveaways. 90 Minute Happy Hours will be ... you guessed it, 90 minutes long, with a meet and greet, sampling and an additional keep the pint bonus plus raffles every 15 minutes!  

We’ll be dropping our final anchor of the trip at Southport General Store for a 30th Anniversary Festival back where it all started, in Southport, Maine! Way back in the early 90s when Sam was writing the business plan for Dogfish Head, he actually pulled the company’s name from a spit of land out in Southport, where he would spend summers with his family. So now, 30 years later, it’s only fitting to end our anniversary boat tour there! The 30th Anniversary Festival will be filled with off-centered goodness from live music, delicious BBQ, raffles, freebies and so much more!
