Because sometimes you just need an abbreviated peek into our off-centered world! Our Quick Sip Tour is our daily $5 tour and shortened to just 25-minutes. We’ll show you around our 200-bbl brewhouse, and wrap things up with a beer and a can sleeve!
Monday - Saturday: 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m..
Sunday : 1 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m..

You’ve tasted the beers and now you want to see how the magic happens! Join us for our daily tour as we show you around our off-centered world. An hour- plus long tour, we’ll dive into what makes Dogfish Dogfish. We have stops at our 200-barrel brewhouse, our R&D system where you’ll have a chance to sample one of our experimental brews, and our rackhouse where we will sample a cocktail. Then we’ll finish things off with a trip into our Steampunk Treehouse and a flight in our Tasting Room - four samples and you get to pick ‘em all! The tour costs $20 per person and is limited to 15 people per tour. In addition to beer and cocktail samples, we’re sending you home with a specialty logo glass that’s only available to those that take this tour!

Closed toe/heel shoes MUST be worn. Unfortunately crocs and other shoes with open holes on the tops or sides are not allowed due to safety concerns.
Did you know we make spirits here at Dogfish Head? Everything from vodka, gin, whiskey and rum! Come explore goodness and learn how we make our 100% scratch-made spirits with a behind-the-scenes tour of Dogfish Head Distilling Co.!
This hour-long tour will reveal how each of our spirits start in the brewhouse, alongside our off-centered ales, then work their way over to the distillery where we turn them into finished spirits! We’ll also explore how we use that same process to produce some of our brandies and limited edition, bottled cocktails!
With your tour, you’ll have the chance to taste select samples from our spirits portfolio, as well as a cocktail, and an offering from our 7-barrel R&D system.
The cost of the tour is $20 per person, and limited to 10 people per tour. In addition to your tour and tasting, you’ll walk away in good spirits with a Dogfish Head logo tasting glass!

Friday November 15th from 5:30 to 6:30pm
Learn all about this perfect match as you and your group sample a variety of Dogfish Head brews expertly paired with a selection of delectable cheeses and meats. The experience includes meat, cheese, 4 beer samples and a souvenir glass to take home.
Total cost for this experience is $35.
Thursday Sept 26th 5:30 to 6:30pm
Join us for an exploration of all things beer and hot sauce. We teamed up with our friends at MF Heat Co https://www.mfheatco.com/ to bring you this one of a kind beer and hot sauce pairing experience. Here is all that the experience will include.
The experience will take about 45 minutes and will be held at the back bar area of the Dogfish Head Milton Brewery
Total cost for this experience is $35
Tours routes are subject to change. We are a working facility and occasionally we might have a detour or two.
Kids are welcome on the Quick Sip tour only (all other tours are 21+), but we will be the first to let you know that it is a PG-13 show! We do ask parents to carry the itty-bitty ones in a Bjorn / carriers if possible, and please keep a close eye on your kiddos of all ages.
If you can't get in for the tour time you wanted, stay and hang with us for a while! There’s lots to do and see here at our Milton campus. Lots of beer to sample and plenty of merch to take home!

The Tasting Room area is entirely handicap accessible, so stop by any time for a pint, shopping, or food!
