We’re dusting off some old stories for a brand spankin’ new brewery experience ... The Vintage Tours! Join us as a few of our fan-favorite Experience Guides (who just so happen to be thriving in new roles around the company) make their grand return to tours, leading you through the off-centered world of Dogfish Head like only they can. Expect behind-the-scenes tales, legendary lore, and plenty of laughs along the way. Plus, you’ll head home with a limited-edition pack of Dogfish Head trading cards featuring our “vintage” guides themselves.

Sunday, Dec. 14 at 2 p.m.
The Brewmaster himself is ready to take you behind-the-scenes with him on Sunday, December 14 at 2 p.m.! Originally from California, Mark Safarik began his brewing career in 1990 and joined our team in 2014 as an assistant brewmaster, becoming our brewmaster in 2017. He has overseen brewery expansions, designed the 7-bbl R&D pilot brewery, and crafted roughly 300 beers, bringing decades of brewing expertise and off-centered innovation to every tour.

Sunday, Dec. 21 at 2 p.m.
On Sunday, December 21 at 2 p.m., join Tim Merola as your Vintage Tour guide! Tim's first role with us was as an experience guide in the Milton Brewery where his passion for brewing grew into a profession. After earning a certification in brewing technology, he transitioned onto the brewing team, bringing curiosity, hands-on experience, and off-centered enthusiasm to every beer he helps create.

Sunday, Dec. 28 at 2 p.m.
From sales aficionado to tour guide to Sam and Mariah's right-hand-lady, Kristie Lankford does it all! Join her on Sunday, December 28 at 2 p.m. as your Vintage Tour guide! Kristie began giving tours in the Milton Brewery in 2013, then held various roles on the sales team before becoming executive assistant to Sam and Mariah in 2022. With years of experience across the company, she brings stories, insider knowledge, and her off-centered perspective to every tour.

Sunday, Jan. 4 at 2 p.m.
If you've ever had one of our cocktails or spirits, OR have enjoyed a show at the Milton Theater, chances are you've seen (or tasted) some of Marge's work! On Sunday, January 4 at 2 p.m., join Marge Egeln on a behind-the-scenes tour through the Milton Brewery. Marge joined us in 2016 as a seasonal tour guide and quickly became a mainstay, taking on roles from storyteller to whiskey barrel wrangler. Known for her off-centered humor and occasional ditties in the warehouse, Marge brings personality, insider stories, and plenty of charm to every tour.

Sunday, Jan. 11 at 2 p.m.
On Sunday, January 11 at 2 p.m., join Matt Fetherston as your Vintage Tour guide! Back in 2015, Matt joined Dogfish Head and has since played a key role in enhancing the guest experience, from redesigning the Milton taproom to expanding tours and events. Now, Matt is our learning and development manager for all local brands and taprooms, and he brings creativity, insider knowledge, and a deep passion for off-centered hospitality to every tour.

Sunday, Jan. 18 at 2 p.m.
Carmen Matino joined our team in 2016 as an “Aquatic Engineer” (aka Dishwasher) before moving to the Tasting Room in 2018, where he spent four years delighting guests as an off-centered experience guide. Known as the self-appointed #1 brewery tour guide in America, Carmen brings humor, stories, and the true Dogfish spirit to every tour. Join him on Sunday, Jan. 18 at 2 p.m. for a vintage tour behind-the-scenes of our Milton Brewery.

Sunday, Jan. 25 at 2 p.m.
Are you a whiskey guy (or girl) like Darren? Join his tour! On Sunday, January 25 at 2 p.m., our head distillery, Darren Bobby, will be leading our Vintage Tour! After retiring from a 26.5-year career teaching high school science, Darren began working at our Milton Brewery and quickly transitioned into the distillery. Now, as head distiller, he has created over 20 products featuring his recipes and whiskey blends, bringing expertise, passion, and off-centered creativity to every tour.

Sunday, Feb. 1 at 2 p.m.
On Sunday, Feb. 1 at 2 p.m., join Bryan Selders as your Vintage Tour guide! Bryan is an award-winning brewer who began his professional brewing career in Philadelphia in 1999. His thoughtful and curious spirit has guided his 27-year journey through craft brewing operations of all sizes and capabilities. Much of that time has been spent contributing to the growth and success of Dogfish Head Craft Brewery - first leading beer production and now focusing on R&D, product development, and hospitality concepts. Bryan has been a featured presenter and panelist at the Craft Brewers Conference and various MBAA seminars, has published articles in craft beer publications, co-starred in the Discovery Channel series Brewmasters, and is half of the beer-geek hip-hop duo The Pain Relievaz.

Sunday, Nov. 9 at 2 p.m.
Join the OG of Dogfish Head tours (and Dogfish Head itself), Sam Calagione on Sunday, Nov. 9 at 2 p.m.! Sam first opened Dogfish Head in 1995 as the smallest craft brewery in America and has been pioneering brewing beers with culinary ingredients ever since. His innovative approach and adventurous spirit helped grow Dogfish Head into one of the most recognized breweries in the country. Join Sam for an unforgettable look behind the curtain into our off-centered journey.

Sunday, Nov. 16 at 2 p.m.
On Sunday, November 16 at 2 p.m., join our head brewer Jake Leaf as your Vintage Tour guide! Jake got his start with us back in 2014 as a seasonal tour guide in the Milton Brewery before working his way onto the brewing team. Now, Jake's the head brewer at Brewings & Eats where he crafts off-centered ales with creativity and care.

Sunday, Nov. 23 at 2 p.m.
If you've visited our Milton Brewery, Dogfish INN OR Brewings & Eats over the last 20+ years, chances are, you've run into Andrew Greeley. Andrew started with Dogfish Head as a tour guide back in 2012, and has since helped launch our Dogfish INN and now works at Brewings & Eats as our general manager. Known for his seasonal facial hair and love of off-centered experiences, Andrew brings humor, insider stories, and his signature off-centered vibe to every tour. Join Andrew on Sunday, Nov. 23 at 2 p.m. for a behind-the-scenes look at Dogfish Head through the lens of our very own jack-of-all-trades.

Sunday, Nov. 30 at 2 p.m.
On Sunday, November 30 at 2 p.m., join Tyler Budnavage, Dogfish Head’s “IT Guy,” as your Vintage Tour guide! After multiple applications and a determined visits to our Milton Brewery, Tyler joined our team in 2019, starting on tours and in the pub before moving into his current role supporting manufacturing systems. A self-proclaimed nerd and outdoor enthusiast, Tyler brings curiosity, humor, and insider stories to every tour.
