Anacardia is a well-balanced American pale ale brewed with a blend of 2-row, crystal and toasted malts to provide a lightly sweet backbone to balance out Warrior, Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra, Pallisade and Calypso hops used in the kettle and dry hopping.
