Cold IPA

We brewed this with a snappy, dry malt backbone to act as a canvas for showcasing some Southern Hemisphere hops. Pils malt and flaked rice make up the simple grain bill and lend a color that belies the big flavor experience contained inside. Piles of Nelson Sauvin & Galaxy plus a touch of Citra were added in the middle of fermentation to liberate juicy aromas of white grape, passionfruit and peach. It’s bold on flavor with a crisp, dry finish that invites the next sip.
