Our latest installment in the Co-Worker Small Batch series, Fig-getaboutit is a lush brown ale brewed with figs and cocoa nibs and the creation of brewer Kristin Ewer, and Merchandise team members Desiree Foxwell, Lindsey Falkowski, and [gone, but not forgotten] Courtney Gleason.  Rich flavors of caramel, nuts, cocoa, and dried fruit, with an herbal hop character that presents itself just enough to balance out the sweetness.  Carbonated with a blend of carbon dioxide and nitrogen, this one will be served on a nitro line giving this complex ale a silky smooth creamy mouth feel with a dense rocky head that just doesn’t quit.  Will pair well with our Short Rib Cheese Fries, Simple Inquiry, any burger or the Pub Steak.
