This beer starts as a Dutch oat beer and is brewed primarily with malted oats for a decidedly non-traditional grain bill.  Malted barley and wheat play a supporting role to the nutty maltiness of the oats and the silky moutheel they impart. Then we spiced it up with a touch of cold press coffee, vanilla beans and cinnamon.
