Mullet a Trois is a style-bending a 3-way of beer, wine and cider. We took a beer made with domestic & imported malts and fermented it with Syrah grape must and Fuji apple cider from our friends at Fifer Orchards. Then to celebrate the advent of chilly nights, we added traditional mulling spices to the party: star anise, cloves, orange peel and cinnamon. The result is a complex mix of spiciness, tartness and fruitiness with a pinkish hue. Enjoy one with a friend ... or two ... we're not judging.
