Mystery Pils

We are a fan of playing with the classics, so we took the classic technique of the Andechs Monks of not adding any bittering hops, just aroma hops and modernized it. This Crispy American Pilsner uses Andechs yeast but with modern pilsner malt and "new school" German hops to give you a smooth experience.
