The Oracle's Cookie combines a coal-black milk stout with a deconstructed oatmeal raisin cookie. Black wheat and barley malts were combined with rolled oats, cocoa, vanilla, molasses and raisins to create a complex yet balanced flavor. Notes of chocolate, dark fruits and treacle play off the sweetness of the base beer. We're serving it on nitrogen to enhance it's silky mouthfeel. Have a half pint.
