Quodlibet is a crisp, dry and refreshing German-style wheat ale brewed with 55% malted wheat and a blend of Bonlander crystal malts. It is very lightly hopped with Czech Saaz hops and has a delicate spiciness, and subtle aromas of tangerine and apricot.
