Warm weather makes us pine for a refreshing Italian-style spritz. With tart wine notes and a light botanical bitterness, these really hit the sweet spot on a hot day. That was our inspiration for Spritzetti! It begins as a crisp lager base fermented with Sauvignon Blanc grape must for a light tartness. Then we infused it with a blend of fresh lemongrass & orange zest, California laurel leaf and elderflower to lend notes of lime, pear, lemon and honeydew melon. Cashmere and Nelson Sauvin hops lend a hint of bitterness to clean the palate and invite the next sip. Saluti!
