World Wide Xocolatl
Our beloved behemoth of a stout was aged in Willets Rye barrels for a year then aged on a blend of roasted cocoa nibs, whole Madagascar vanilla beans, cinnamon verum quills and black Urfa chiles. Notes of rich chocolate and vanilla and just a hint of spice meld with a warming rye whiskey finish makes this drink like a Mexican hot chocolate liqueur. Served almost still.
