What began as a cask-conditioned ale at our Rehoboth brewpub back in 2011, quickly grew to become a favorite brew amongst craft enthusiasts. From the groucho glasses that adorned the label to it’s slightly dry and lingering bitterness, 75 Minute is beloved by many. This classic IPA is brewed with maple syrup and continually hopped throughout the boil for, you guessed it ... 75 minutes, and then dry-hopped with a slew of cascade hops. The result is a malty and earthy brew with citrusy-pine aromas, balanced by subtle maple notes.
Available on draft and exclusively in our All IPA Variety Pack (12 oz. cans)!
With a commitment to quality, our team of talented brewers and sensory experts work diligently to provide a consistent experience that you can count on time and again.

And to think it all started with an electric football game
Back in the late 90s, Sam tracked down an old school vibrating football game and duct tapped a bucket to the top of it to help feed the beer a constant stream of hops. The vibrations caused the hop pellets to drop out of the bucket, down the game and into the boiling beer. And just like that ... continual hopping was born!
