Inspired by the analog age of music when artists experimented with alternate sounds for new takes on iconic records, Alternate Takes is a series of whiskeys that embraces that same spirit of experimentation, offering a fresh take with every release.
Alternate Takes #1: Our first whiskey to hit shelves, we first released this gold medal winner in 2018. This harvest is a blend of two strands of whiskey, aged three years in a mix of #3 Char, medium & heavy toast barrels, then aged for an additional year in our own rum casks, resulting in a new take of unparalleled depth and complexity.
